Job Description: The Cyber Risk Management Portfolio is in need of a Project Manager supporting its Vulnerability Management & Assessments (VMA) program. The resource will be supporting Instantiation and Management of CERT-RMM Vulnerability Analysis & Resolution (VAR) Process Area.

This resource will be working with the RISK: (VMA) PM D3 team to:

·   Provides overall strategic management, defines the program scope and objectives, manages project’s scope, schedule, budget, and risk

·   Develops project management plans, project documentation, work breakdown structures, project schedules, integrated master schedules, financial reports, and risk management documentation.

·   Candidate should be familiar with NIST CSF and/or CERT – RMM.

·   Minimum of 10 years of IT delivery experience, 5-7 years in a project management role.

·   5-7 years’ experience managing projects in both waterfall and agile software development methodologies.

·   Minimum Bachelor's degree preferred; Science, Business or related disciplines preferred (Master's Preferred).

·   GSLC: GIAC Security Leadership Certification

·   GCPM: GIAC Certified Project Manager Certification PMP Project Management Professional
