Infrastructure Program Project manager
Job Title: Professional - Project Manager Non Tech III
Location - DCO026 - Washington, DC
Contract- long term (on-site)

We are seeking an Infrastructure Program / Project manager to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. 
This position is located at L’Enfant Plaza in Washington, DC. 
This is an on-site position with no telecommute possibilities. 

You will become a member of the Program Management Office and primarily be responsible for Managing and oversight of OIG audit requests for the program and Managing Portfolios for highly visible program initiatives. 

In addition to a solid Project Management tool skill set the preferred individual will have strategic management and soft skills as you will be in constant communications with all levels of team members including executives. 

Responsibilities and Deliverables include, but not limited to:
•Managing a portfolio for highly visible initiatives
•Creating, maintaining and reporting milestones and metrics
•Compiling documentation including project reports and monthly read-outs for executives
•Ensuring that projects are on-track and reporting correct metrics. 
•Work with teams as needed to produce and prepare reports and responses to OIG audits 
•Identify stakeholders and individuals and engage as needed for OIG responses
•Compile documentation and responses to be provided to executives for OIG audits
•Remediate any issues as a result of the audit
•Prepare management reports and responses
•Provide information technology project and program management support for Client
•Develop advanced technological ideas and guides their development into a final product
•Serve as organization spokesperson on advanced projects and/or programs
•Act as advisor to management and customers on advanced technical research studies and applications

Minimum Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or similar engineering discipline.
 Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree
•Minimum Ten (10) year’ s project management or IT management.
•Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from the Project Management
Institute (PMI) - Preferred
•Ability to manage many different efforts and projects and excellent organization skills
•Experience with writing reports, documents and responses to all levels of staff, including executives
•Effective communication and interaction skills
•Background in Information Technology program and project management and experience with IT Security, Networks, Software and Infrastructure
•High level understanding of PCI / SOX / and other regulations.
