A CEO Who Leads by Example

Lucid’s mentorship culture is rooted in the leadership of our CEO, Uma Devireddy, a certified executive coach and mentor to over 150 TEDx speakers, professionals, and rising leaders. Uma’s journey—from teacher at 16 to tech executive to founder—has shaped a company that doesn’t just hire talent—we develop it.

These programs are offered internally at Lucid, through our UDAAN initiative, and in partnership with universities and community organizations.

Youth Mentorship through UDAAN & STEM Programs

  • Pairing middle school and high school students with mentors in STEM .
  • Storytelling, confidence building, and college prep.
  • Pathways to internships and speaker development. opportunities

Our Mentorship Model

  • Identify & Invite: We select mentees through application and referral processes.
  • Match with Intention: Mentors are paired based on goals, background, and learning style.
  • Coach & Track: Sessions are guided by clear milestones, with feedback loops to ensure growth.
  • Elevate & Expand: Alumni are encouraged to become mentors themselves, creating a cycle of empowerment.
