Job Title: Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer
Location: This position is based in Rosslyn, VA - Full time remote will be considered for the perfect candidate.
We ae seeking a RPA Developer to join our team supporting our client Petron customer. This position is supporting our government contract and is located in Rosslyn, VA. Candidate must be able to pass a pre-screen and obtain a Sensitive clearance.
Position Description
- Setting up, developing, testing and monitoring automated workflows to ensure that business processes function at optimum efficiency without risk of error.
- Monitoring and maintaining automation post-implementation and resolving any potential issues to ensure smooth business operations.
- Producing process documentation in order to outline mistakes and successes and refine processes going forward.
- Ensuring quality automation using processes and prevent any potential bugs.
- Architect and develop solutions from business requirements.
Position Requirements
- Hands on RPA and system integration experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate Desktop software.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Power Automate Desktop implementation.
- Experience developing an RPA bot to insert data into a UI.
- Proficiency in programming languages, such as C, C++, Java, Python or .NET.
- Experience with databases, such as SQL Server or Oracle.
- Strong testing skills.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting.
- Excellent documentation of work.
- Ability to architect a bot design.
- Ability to communicate well with both technical and non-technical team members.
- Strategic planning skills, to include the design, development, and implementation of RPA systems.
- Results-oriented, independent worker in need of minimal supervision.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 5 years of professional programmer or web developer experience.
- 2 years of Microsoft Power Automate Desktop development experience.
- Experience working in a government context or with government customers .
- Attention to detail and creating clarity when dealing with ambiguity.
- Ability to work cross functionally in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience in an Agile environment working with tools such as MS DevOps Experience.
- Must be able to obtain a Position of Public Trust Clearance – US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder), and must not have traveled outside the US for a combined total of 6 months or more in last 5 years.
- Must have resided in the US for the last 5 years.
- This position is based in Rosslyn, VA - Full time remote and telecommute will be considered for the perfect candidate.
