Job Title: IT - Cyber Security Architect/Engineer I
Job Description: Cyber Security Solutions Engineer/Architect I Lead special projects or investigations into specific technology or solution issues and to shepherd research and piloting of new technologies. Serve as a point of contact for engineering efforts and has overall responsibility for the accuracy and integrity of the customer's private enclave while maintaining compliance with the customer's enterprise-wide architecture policies and guidelines.
Provides support to all security environments and provide anti-virus solutions
Provides support of various applications and implement all company’s standards
Remediate systems across multiple networks
Perform risk analysis on assigned computer systems and applications for all network life cycle and manage communications with internal/external customers.
Assist in transition of security policies for IA configurations
EXPERIENCE LEVEL:
Extensive experience (5+ years) in information security operations and/or related IT operational functions
EDUCATION:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline; or the equivalent combination of education; professional training or work experience.
CERTIFICATIONS: (One or more desired)
CompTIA Net+
CompTIA A+
CompTIA Security +
CPTE - Certified Penetration
esting Engineer or CEH - Certified Ethical Hacker
Additional Provisions:
Pass a client mandated clearance process to include drug screening, criminal history check and credit check.
Once candidate’s resume is approved and interview passed, the agency is responsible for providing drug screening. Failure to submit the drug screening results will delay the security clearance process.
If a candidate is given an interim clearance, continuation of employment is then based on the candidate receiving a sensitive clearance.
All candidates must be a US Citizen or permanent status Green Card holder.
Cannot have more than 6 months travel outside the United States within the last five years. Military Service excluded. (Exception does not include military family members.)
All overtime must be pre-approved in Writing by the client manager or his/her designated representative.
