General Description

Apple/Mac Administrator with Jamf pro management tools skills for a large environment. 

Duties include packaging 3rd party software, testing policies, imaging Mac endpoints with autopilot, configuring MDM, and deploying Jamf connect and Jamf Protect.

Job Description

Under broad supervision, installs, configures, and supports Apple/Mac endpoints using Jamf pro management tools in a large environment.  

Daily assignments include working with Tier1 and 2 teams to resolve issues with Jamf Pro, Jamf Connect, Jamf Protect, and packaging software.  

Upgrade Jamf Pro servers, manage agents, OS patching, and 3rd party software.  

Review best practices for security of Jamf Pro services and provide provisioning and distributed management of security access to Jamf.

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND Three years of related experience

• OR Associate's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND Five years of related experience

• OR Seven years of related experience

• OR One year of experience at the lower-level Systems Administrator 2 or position equivalent.

• Certifications a plus - JAMF Certified Technician (JAMF 200) or higher Desired 1Years
