Job Description
The Opportunity (Position Description)
This role will be responsible for assisting in implementing various component of the IT risk management program as well as risk reporting for the IPRM (Information Protection Risk Management) team. The role will work closely with multiple stakeholders including the IPRM leadership team, business leaders, and technology project and operations teams to provide technology risk assessments and lead risk remediation efforts.
The Work Itself (Job Responsibilities)
Coordinate and manage IT risks and issues across IPRM.
Develop and present risk reports and action plans to business partners and senior management via risk routines.
Consult with technology and business partners to develop action plans for issues and manage risk remediation efforts.
Prepare materials for Enterprise IT Risk routines and Business Risk Forums.
Coordinate the resolution of open control issues for IPRM including audit, compliance, regulatory, vendor, and self- identified issues.
Lead risk project and process improvement efforts for IPRM.
Partner and collaborate with Enterprise Risk, Compliance, and Information Security teams to ensure alignment and proper risk treatments.
Participate in business and IT Risk Control Self Assessments (RCSA).
Other duties as required.
The Skills You Bring (Job Qualifications)
5+ years of IT, Risk Management or related experience.
Financials Services Experience preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field preferred.
