In need of project management services on a part-time/20 hours per week (max)  

we are seeking a preferred candidate available from 9 am to 2 pm, Monday through Thursday (on remote basis). 

On-site meetings may be necessary, with advance notice provided as required.

As a part-time Project Manager for our PeopleSoft 9.2 HR strategic initiatives project and other HR-related endeavors, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and overseeing project deliverables. 

Responsibilities include coordinating project timelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring resource allocation, and facilitating effective communication to drive the successful implementation of HR initiatives in alignment with organizational goals.

Ideal candidate will have experience leading project involving the HR PeopleSoft enterprise system.  This experience MUST be clearly reflected on resume with technical details included.

State Cardinal system experience is a plus. 

Experience using agile project management methodology - required and must be clearly reflected on the resume 

Must have an active PMP certified. NO EXCEPTIONS! Pls upload PMP cert to confirm.

Experience with Agile methodology Required 6 Years

PM experience leading PeopleSoft HCM (version 9.2) Required 5 Years

Experience leading PeopleSoft HCM or other ERP projects Required 6 Years

Active PMP Certification Required 

Prior VA state agency experience (State Cardinal system) a PLUS Desired
