Candidates must be from MN or nearby states only
NOTE: This position does allow for flexible remote work, but candidates MUST be willing to report in person to Eagan, MN for the first 2-3 (estimated) days to pick up equipment and ensure that all access is available. With their own expenses.
After these initial days they would be able to work remote.
Candidates MUST be willing to work on-call, weekends and overtime as needed.
We are seeking a Senior SAP BASIS Administrator to join our team.
We are looking for a candidate who understand the basics of SAP software and key customer business processes and has the ability to oversee assigned project tasks through direct customer interaction and in coordination with organization infrastructure support and product vendors. You will maintain an in-depth understanding of the business environment and foundational roots of the system in order to configure the system, resolve production issues of upgrading existing functions or software packages and provide consultation to customers in the function/features, configurations, and processes that are supported by the SAP functional application.
You will also be responsible for maintenance, operation, and upgrades, and play a major role in planning and executing migrations and other major projects.
Deliverables include but not limited to:

•Understand Business and IT Requirements in order to design solution architecture and usage of the various SAP, SuccessFactors, HANA, BASIS and other industry best practice toolsets
•Develop Architectural Runway in support of the future IHRS features and functions including roadmaps and project plans
•Guidance on high level design on usage of SAP / SuccessFactors integration toolsets, HANA for a hybrid SAP SuccessFactors implementation
•Lead client IT teams through implementation of architecture solution.
•Collaborate and coordinate with System Integrator to build a reliable and supportable IHRS solution platform
•Reduce project risk through accurate effort estimations and team skills assessment
•Coordinate with client Solutions Architecture to ensure alignment with IT Architecture standards, policies and procedures
•MUST have a Bachelor’s Degree in a business, computer science, information systems or related field
•Minimum of fifteen (15 to 20) years of progressively more difficult systems experience
•10-15 years of solution architecture consulting experience across varied customers and industries
•Experience leading the architecture of large-scale, complex hybrid ERP systems
•Deep understanding ofSAP & SuccessFactors products and competencies related to UI development, workflows, BPM, data warehousing, reporting, data archiving and BASIS
•Usage of SAP products and technologies in the areas of Portal, Data warehousing, ETL, Mobility, Integration middleware (PI, HCI, HCP, etc…)
Development experience using HANA Cloud Platform or other SAP / Success Factors compatible platforms
•Experience implementing, developing and managing a HANA Platform and HANA Database Administration
•Strong UNIX/Linux administration experience
•Deep understanding of the network components and network security
•Business understanding of Human Capital Management (HCM) systems and processes
•Understanding of DevOps and its application in Solutions Architecture
•Must be able to obtain a Position of Public Trust Clearance – US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder), and must not have traveled outside the US for a combined total of 6 months or more in last 5 years.
•Must have resided in the US for the last 5 years
