NOTE: Requisition Onsite in Charlotte - Hybrid model - onsite 3 days a week. **Snowflake Solution Data Architect ** Snowflake SME - Deep understanding of Snowflake features, with proven record of implementing performance tuning and database optimization measures; **Hands on experience optimizing Snowflake environment; **Play key role in implementation & optimization to reduce cloud cost; **Experience working in large-scale Snowflake implementations and experience developing guidelines and roadmaps for Snowflake data pipelines;**Prefer candidates with Snowflake SnowPro Advanced Certification. **Excellent communication skills, Critical thinking/problem solving, detail oriented. **Collaborative & highly professional, able to self-manage (does not need constant direction/micromanagement) **Positive attitude, team player, works well with others and excellent time management and able to work well in a matrixed environment. Provide location and interview availability ** Video conference interview - 2 rounds.

Minimum 7 years’ experience as Solution Architect or data architect. Minimum 4 years working in Snowflake as solution architect or data architect.

Deep understanding of Snowflake features, with proven record of implementing performance tuning and database optimization measures.

Experience working in large-scale Snowflake implementations.

Experience developing guidelines and roadmaps for Snowflake data pipelines.

Snowflake SnowPro Advanced Certification.

Responsible for the logical design and implementation of databases and data systems. May be involved in resolving complex data related issues. Will determine new methods and develop new procedures for accomplishing work. Ability to make and decide upon Architecture tradeoffs and successfully decided and communicate system tradeoffs. Ability to perform backups and database recovery. Ability to develop data requirements and configure database parameters accordingly. Is able to effectively relate his/her technical expertise to varying organizational needs; knows when and how the technical content can be legitimately tailored to fit different departments and customer needs. Efficiently applies topical knowledge and expertise to make significant solutions for customer groups and the entire business. Recognizes the value of a multi-industry perspective and applies best practices to create innovative solutions. Develops unique strategies to promote the effectiveness of the workgroup. Ability to influence those with whom the incumbent has no direct supervisory authority. Takes the initiative to act on issues. Consistently seeks to develop self and skills needed to be prepared for future opportunities and be among the best in field.
